Do you work in a STEM field and enjoy inspiring young scientists? Consider volunteering as a judge at the 2027 Kiker Elementary School Science Fair! Judge Duties & Time Commitment: Interview students and evaluate and score their science fair projects. Judges must attend a 1-hour mandatory Judge Meeting in December 2026 (date TBD) and commit to 4 hours of judging on January 12, 2027, from 7:30–11:30 AM. Your STEM experience and encouragement can make a lasting impact on our young scientists!
Are you a Kiker parent or caregiver who loves to lend a hand? We’d love your help behind the scenes as we prepare for the 2027 Kiker Elementary School Science Fair & Expo! Volunteers can help on one, two, or all three days—January 11, 12, and 13, 2027—based on their availability. Opportunities may include assisting with project board drop-off and check-in, supporting judging-day logistics, directing students and judges, providing scoring support, setting up the Science Fair & Expo, and helping with other event preparations. No judging required.
Help us get ready to welcome our Kiker community to the 2027 Kiker Elementary School Science Fair & Expo! Volunteers will assist with final set-up in the cafeteria before the doors open, help check in student participants, welcome Expo exhibitors and serve as their point person as they get settled, and assist with other last-minute event needs. Once the doors open, your volunteer duties are done—stay and enjoy the Science Fair & Expo with your family and our Kiker community!
