Share your STEM experience and inspire Kiker’s young scientists! We’re looking for professionals with STEM backgrounds to serve as judges for the 2027 Kiker Elementary School Science Fair.

As a judge, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with students, hear about their questions and discoveries, ask thoughtful questions, and provide encouraging feedback while evaluating and scoring their projects. You don’t need to be an expert in every area of science—a STEM background, a curious mind, and a desire to encourage young scientists are what matter most.

Judge Duties & Time Commitment: All judges must attend a 1-hour mandatory Judge Meeting in November 2026 (date TBD) and be available for the full judging period on January 12, 2027, from 7:30–11:30 AM.

Your time and expertise are about much more than scoring a project. A thoughtful question, encouraging word, or genuine interest in a student’s work can make a lasting impression and help build their confidence as a young scientist.
