We’re looking for Kiker parents and caregivers to help with the behind-the-scenes details that keep judging day organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.

Volunteers may assist with student check-in, organizing projects, directing students and judges, supporting judging-day logistics, assisting with scoring, and helping with other needs as they arise.

This is a support role—not a Science Fair judging position. No STEM background or judging experience is needed. We’re simply looking for dependable volunteers who are ready to jump in, lend a hand, and help create a great experience for our students and judges.

Volunteers should be available for the full judging-day commitment on January 12, 2027, from 7:30–11:30 AM. Your help behind the scenes allows our judges to focus on the students and their projects—and helps make judging day a positive and memorable experience for our young scientists!
